Lusting for (Zesty) Salad

I’ve been out for awhile now– between searching for a new job and planning for my May 3rd wedding, something had to give.  Unfortunately, that meant this blog but at least I managed to keep my sanity and not go bridezilla on anyone (save for one minor flower issue).

The wedding was beautiful, the food was excellent and it really was the best day of my life thus far; I am still basking in the afterglow.  Pictures will be shared once I get them from the photographer (I’m obsessively checking my email for an update on a daily basis.)

In the meantime, I want to talk about Kraft salad dressing.  Not because I’ve made any particularly spectacular salad recently but because of a certain new ad campaign that has me giggling like a school girl.

I’ve always loved vegetables and was a weird kid who actually liked Brussels sprouts, lima beans and requested that my grandma make me carrot juice on visits to her house.  I will eat salad as a late night snack while the chocolate in my cabinet goes bad with that white dust–Okay, I’m now a weird adult.

I tend to make my own dressing and haven’t bought bottled in a while, but this new campaign for Kraft Zesty Italian dressing has me (almost) wanting to buy some.  Or at least stop the fast-forwarding of my DVR to watch the commercial.

If you haven’t had the good fortune of seeing them, here are a few choice commercials.  Ladies, you’re welcome.

Let’s Get Zesty!
